| CEO & Chairman, Shikhar Ghosh |
| Shikhar Ghosh recognized the Internet's business potential early in its commercial life, and understood that it would revolutionize how companies operate and people communicate. He founded Open Market, a leading Internet commerce and information publishing software firm, in 1994. In 1998, he founded iBelong and soon thereafter acquired technology from Redwood Investment Systems, a pioneer in analytical software for the financial services industry, and renamed the company Verilytics. Shikhar, who also served as CEO of Appex Corporation and as a partner with the Boston Consulting Group, regularly shares his views of the Internet's future with national and international audiences. He has appeared in hundreds of media outlets, from "The Wall Street Journal" and "Fast Company" to "Interactive Week" and CNET. "BusinessWeek" called him one of the country's "Best Entrepreneurs" in 1996 and "Forbes" named him one of the "Internet Entrepreneurs and Masters of the New Universe" in 1998. Shikhar is a board member of Open Market and CommerceNet, and serves as chairman of the Massachusetts Software & Internet Council. He earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree from the University of Bombay, India.

Craig is responsible for the tactical and strategic leadership of the
Verilytics engineering organization. An experienced senior technical
manager, Craig has successfully executed strategies for both
well-established and early-stage firms. He was the CIO and Vice President of
Engineering for R3Media, where he was responsible for software development
and technical infrastructure. Prior to R3Media, Craig was the Vice President
of Engineering at MotherNature.com. He also served as CTO and Vice President
of Engineering at Delphi Information Systems, Inc. where he was responsible
for the entire product development process and network infrastructure.
Previously, he served in a variety of positions at First Data Corporation,
Digital Equipment Corporation, and Micrion. Craig holds an MBA from
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, an MS from Northeastern University, and a
BS from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

| VP Sales and Marketing, Todd Piett |
| Todd is responsible for coordinating the Sales, Marketing, and Product Management efforts at Verilytics.
Todd has been at Verilytics for over 2 years, leading the productization, segmentation and sales efforts for our solutions. Prior to Verilytics, Todd was with Dell Computers where he managed the launch and on-going operations of their Internet Service Programs
worldwide. Previously, he was an officer in the U.S. Army serving in numerous roles including Company Commander, Supply Officer,
Liaison to the British Forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Flight Instructor. Todd holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS from The United States Military Academy at West Point.

| VP Financial Service Client Relations, Russell Hughey |
| Russell Hughey brings 15 years of in-depth knowledge and experience in the financial industry with both buy side and sell side institutions to the Verilytics team. Prior to joining Verilytics, Russ was a Vice President in Relationship Management for SunGard Securities Processing, a division of SunGard Data Systems. At SunGard he managed and maintained relationships with key buying influences and "C" level executives within client organizations. Before SunGard Russ was employed by third party service providers providing fund accounting and custody services to the financial industry. At State Street Bank Corporation he was a Client Relationship Officer maintaining the Bank's relations with public pension systems throughout the United States. Prior to that he spent over 6 years with Investors Bank & Trust Company where he was a Fund Accounting Manager responsible for client relations, fund accounting and custodial services for several investment management firms with combined assets in excess of $2 Billion. Russ is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire.

| Architect, Rand Hoven |
| Rand is an expert in designing highly scalable and secure computer networks. As a senior technology architect at Verilytics, Rand ensures that the company's current and new offerings are built on secure and reliable Internet systems. Previously, as chief technology officer at Redwood Investment Systems, he led the company's efforts to provide a highly secure infrastructure for global investment managers. At Netegrity, Rand supervised projects in advanced Internet security. He was a key contributor to Hewlett-Packard initiatives in the areas of distributed computing, clustered operating systems and Web infrastructures, and in developing the UNIX, Mach and Apollo operating systems. Rand holds a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York, Maritime College.

| Architect, Paul Wisner |
| Paul brings 20 years of software development experience to Verilytics. As architect of the Evaluation Network, Paul has designed the core engine of Verilytics’ products. Prior to Verilytics, he was the technical lead in the knowledge engineering group at System Soft where he led the effort to turn a desktop trouble shooting expert system into a web application. Paul also worked at Digital Equipment Corporation where he worked on a wide variety of applied artificial intelligence products including a case-based reasoning system for diagnosing operating system crashes, and a text retrieval engine that employed computational linguistics techniques. Paul is a graduate of Northeastern University and plays a wicked guitar.
