| Dr. Paul S. Barth |
| An expert in technology and systems that transform businesses, Dr. Barth was a Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Tessera Enterprise Systems, which he grew for six years before it’s acquisition by iXL Corporation (SCNT: NASDAQ), a global provider of internet technology solutions. to the F1000. Dr. Barth served as Chief Technology Officer of iXL through April 2001, overseeing technology operations in 13 countries.
Prior to founding Tessera, he was Vice President, Technology for the high performance computing group at Epsilon Data Management. Dr. Barth received his doctorate in high-performance computing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and holds an MS degree in computer science from Yale University.

Randy has been acclaimed as a recognized expert in the application of technology to marketing and customer data applications.
He was Senior Vice President and a member of the executive team at Harte-Hanks Data Technologies (HHS:NYSE) during a 10-year period of growth from a $10M to $150M business. Bean was founder and General Manager of the firm’s Business Banking and Business-to-Business practices. Prior to founding NewVantage Partners, Bean was a founding executive and Vice President, Market Development for Wheelhouse Corporation. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer of Veridiem Inc,
and held IT and strategic planning positions during 8 years with Bank of Boston (FBF: NYSE). Bean has authored over 50 articles for publications including DIRECT, DM Review, and DM News. Bean holds a BA degree in English from Washington University in St. Louis, and certificates from executive programs at Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College and Darden School at the University of Virginia. He has been a guest lecturer at Amos Tuck School/Dartmouth College.
